Dr. Peter K. Chweyah
Dr. Peter K. Chweyah is a distinguished family medicine physician in Fridley, Minnesota, affiliated with M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center and working with Rapid Physician Services. With over two decades of medical expertise, Dr. Chweyah provides comprehensive care to his patients. A graduate of the University of Nairobi College of Health Sciences, he specializes in managing Alzheimer’s dementia, depression, anxiety disorders, and other complex conditions.
Thomas Ondara, FNP-C, APRN
Thomas Ondara completed both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. Prior to joining the team at Rapid Physician Services, Thomas gained experience in many different areas of health care, including Long Term Care, Transitional Care Units, Internal Medicine, and more. Being able to make a meaningful impact in his patients’ lives is at the forefront of his care. Whether it be getting them the resources and access to the care they need or providing a regular visit to discuss their healthcare concerns, he always looks for ways to positively impact the lives of others. When not seeing his patients, you can find Thomas staying active by playing soccer & running marathons, traveling, and writing stories and medical journals.
